  allowing associates to convert to regular or direct-hire status after an agreed-upon
  number of hours, without an additional cost to you. Throughout the temp-to-hire
  period, Spectrum Health Services, Inc. will handle all payroll, tax reporting, insurance,
  and personnel management functions.

  During this time, you will have the opportunity to evaluate the associate's performance
  and ensure that their skills are well-suited to your specific needs. Additionally, the
  associate will have time to evaluate their level of interest in your organization, helping
  to solidify a long-term working relationship.

  Should you at any time wish to accelerate the conversion period, the amount of time
  the associate has worked will be prorated as a credit toward our direct-hire fee.

  There may be an instance when you would prefer a direct-hire option for a particular
  position, eliminating the need for a temporary conversion period. Our direct-hire fee
  is equal to an agreed-upon percentage of the associate's first annual salary, and we
  offer competitive and convenient on-going services to ensure your satisfaction with the
  direct-hire.
